Built on the Ethereum network and powered by Unreal Engine 5, each Meta Mansion offers cutting-edge graphics and interactive features, accessible to anyone via pixel streaming. This innovative platform merges digital real estate with creative freedom, allowing users to own, customize, and monetize luxurious virtual estates in a next-generation, community-driven environment.

TERMS OF META MANSIONS USERS AND HOLDERS:

1. No Liability & Assumption of Risk 1.1 High-Risk Undertaking
   - Meta Mansions is a new and innovative invention within the metaverse space. Due to its novel nature, there are risks involved, including technological, economic, regulatory, and market uncertainties. By choosing to engage with Meta Mansions, you acknowledge and accept these risks. 1.2 Limitation of Liability
   - Under no circumstances shall Meta Mansions or its team, developers, affiliates, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Project. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from: - Technical failures, server issues, or software bugs.
   - Hacks, cyber-attacks, or any unauthorized access to your data or assets.
   - Regulatory changes or restrictions affecting the Project.
   - Fluctuations in digital asset valuations or market conditions.
   
   

2. No Financial or Investment Guarantees 2.1 Forward-Looking Statements
   - Any statements regarding future events, development milestones, or functionality enhancements within Meta Mansions are forward-looking and based on current expectations and assumptions. They are not guarantees and may be subject to change due to unforeseeable factors or project decisions. 2.2 No Expectation of Profit

And all interactions with third party services including MetaMask, Uniswap, and all associated web3 products are used at your own risk.

   - Unless otherwise specified, Meta Mansions and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials associated with the Services. 3.2 User Content
   - By submitting any content or feedback to Meta Mansions, you grant Meta Mansions a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
   
   

4. No Warranties 4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
   - The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind. Meta Mansions disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 4.2 Future Development
